  Impossible. You can try to search for back issues of the magazine that originally published this design. The entire publication is defunct and the trail is totally cold. I have no idea who owns the rights to the catalog of patterns. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

In case someone else is interested, I was able to order the 2004 magazine copy from Vintage Pattern Books. I’ll be making this beach cover-up for my great-niece. I live in Florida and all my nieces and great-nieces are asking me to crochet beach cover-ups. Please, please, please, design more garments for summer wear, including sarongs.
