Awarding Seamless Crochet

WOWSERS!  We had ourselves a party the past couple of days.  A big welcome goes out to all who stopped by to help me wrap up the blog tour for Kristin Omdahl’s new book, Seamless Crochet: Techniques and Designs for Join-As-You-Go Motifs
I noticed two distinct threads running through your comments: an outpouring of love for Kristin and a nearly universal hatred of weaving loose ends.  I can totally relate on both counts.

As promised, I have a free e-copy of Seamless Crochet to award tonight.  The lucky winner is…

Sharon AKA Twirlygig!

Hey, Sharon, congrats!  And many thanks to Interweave Press for the play.  Now, which of you fan girls is gonna volunteer to help me sweep up the virtual confetti?

  1. I just realised that I didn’t leave a comment here- only on Rav.!
Thank you Thank you Thank you- to you, Doris, and Interweave, and The Numbers That Be!!
When I saw that I had won I left out a squeal that made my DH ask what was wrong! LOL!
I am so happy and very appreciative of this very lucky win!

Hand me the vacuum cleaner- I will get the confetti that didn’t make it down off the ceiling fans! 😉
Thanks to Jane for helping to clean up and to Misschou for the congratulations!
    XOXO

  2. Just wanted to stop by to mention again how much I truly LOVE the ETIMO/ Tulip crochet hooks. You made the introduction sometime back, and I have owned a set for awhile, but this evening, while watching the Academy Awards, I was on the couch crocheting away enough to complete 1½ cotton potholders. I did take breaks, but the handle on the hook is so nice and comfortable that my wrist is fine. Thank You for so much you do in the Crochet realm.
